The role
White & Case is seeking a Senior Associate for its Debt Finance practice in Sydney, Australia. This role requires 4 years of PQE and focuses on advising clients on complex cross-border finance transactions.
What you'll do
- Act for top tier lenders and sponsors in connection with leveraged and other complex cross-border finance transactions
- Manage day-to-day communication involved in ensuring that deals are running smoothly – conveying information to clients, outside parties, and responding to queries and requests
- Contribute to the growth and development of the practice
- Co-ordinate work of more junior members of the team
What we're looking for
Admission in Australia
PQE 4-7
