The role
This is a Senior Associate or Director-level role for a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 8-12 PQE. The role is within the firm's global Labour & Employment (L&E) team and will focus on the contentious aspects of employment law, involving cross-jurisdictional and local matters.
What you'll do
- Advise on a wide range of contentious employment law matters
- Provide an exceptional service to clients
- Delegate to and manage the work of junior associates and trainees
What we're looking for
Qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Wales
Between 8 and 12 years' PQE
Proven track record in the contentious aspects of employment law
Self-motivation
Ability to deliver high-quality work
Excellent academics
Adept at handling a broad spectrum of complex employment litigation matters
Intellectually curious
Ability to enjoy resolving challenging legal issues
Experience in delegating to and managing the work of junior associates and trainees
Keen interest in business development
