The role

A Senior Corporate Tax lawyer is sought for a thriving office in Edinburgh to advise on complex tax matters. This role is for an experienced lawyer interested in high-impact work within a supportive environment that offers opportunities for progression, focusing on corporate M&A, private equity, real estate transactions, cross-border structures, financing arrangements, funds, and corporate reorganisations.

What you'll do

Advise on complex tax matters
Collaborate with leading corporates, financial institutions, real estate developers and fund investors, as well as Government and public sector bodies
Work on corporate M&A
Work on private equity transactions
Work on real estate transactions
Advise on cross-border structures
Advise on financing arrangements
Advise on funds
Advise on corporate reorganisations

What we're looking for

Relevant experience working on high quality corporate tax matters

Must be an SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer

Particular interest or focus on real estate tax· nice to have

Particular interest or focus on corporate M&A tax· nice to have
