Senior Lawyer - Corporate/Leveraged Finance - Birmingham - 4PQE+ (Multiple roles available) at Eversheds Sutherland

The role

Multiple opportunities exist for Senior Lawyers with 4 PQE+ to join the national Banking Practice Group in Birmingham. These roles are for Senior Associate/Principal Associate or Legal Director level, focusing on Corporate Debt/Leveraged Finance transactions and supporting private equity sponsors, corporates, banks, and funds.

What you'll do

Engage in business development activities, including organising and attending larger set-piece marketing events as well as more ad hoc / opportunistic meetings
Turn hand to a range of work across banking transactions
Support and develop more junior members of the team

What we're looking for

Currently 4 PQE+

Looking for a Senior Associate/Principal Associate or Legal Director role

Strong experience specifically in Corporate Debt/Leveraged Finance

Want to work in a highly collaborative and non-hierarchical environment

Motivated by delivering a great service for our clients whilst helping to develop business and provide input on training, marketing, knowledge management and other non-transactional activities

Able to work independently as well as with other members of the team

Strong client and stakeholder management skills

Able to support and develop more junior members of the team as needed
