The role

This is an opportunity for a Supervising or Managing Associate with 4-8 years of PQE to join Simmons & Simmons' market-leading Private Funds team. The role will focus on private fund formation and/or private fund investment work, offering direct client exposure and the chance to work on complex cross-border projects with partners.

What you'll do

Work on cutting-edge private funds matters
Deliver seamless advice on complex cross-border projects
Play an integral role in the continued growth of our Private Funds practice
Gain early responsibility
Gain direct client exposure
Work closely with partners on significant and often first-of-their-kind mandates

What we're looking for

Around 4-8 years’ PQE

Strong experience in private fund formation and/or private fund investment work

Experience gained at a leading City, international or well-regarded funds practice

Excellent academic credentials

Strong technical grounding in private funds work

A commercial and pragmatic approach to advice

Confidence in managing transactions and client relationships

An interest in business development and contributing to the wider growth of the practice

The ability to work collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive team
