The role
Stephenson Harwood is seeking a mid-level Corporate Tax Associate to join their London-based team. This role focuses on transactional, advisory, and structuring work within the M&A and Tax practice areas, requiring strong technical and analytical skills.
What you'll do
- Advise on public and private M&A transactions
- Advise on group reorganisations and demergers
- Advise on real estate matters, including corporate real estate transactions and property fund structures
- Advise on listed fund IPOs and secondary fund raisings
- Advise on private equity transactions
- Advise on corporate finance
- Advise on tax disputes work
What we're looking for
