Private Equity Associate

The role

This role is for a Private Equity Associate to support sponsors, management teams, portfolio companies, and financial institutions on a variety of private equity and corporate transactions. The associate will work closely with partners and other associates, taking a leading role in deal execution and client relationship building.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on private equity investments, acquisitions, disposals, and broader corporate transactions
• Take a lead role in the day-to-day management and execution of private equity and M&A transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction documentation
• Coordinate with specialist teams including Finance, Tax, Employment, Benefits, and Regulatory to deliver seamless client service
• Support clients through buyouts, leveraged transactions, growth capital investments, buy-and-build programs, distressed situations, and exit strategies
