An experienced environment lawyer with 8+ PQE is sought to join a market-leading environment team at Pinsent Masons, focusing on sustainability, infrastructure, and regulatory law. The role involves advising on complex and high-profile matters, including environmental, climate change, and net zero strategies, for major projects and clients.

What you'll do

Advise on environmental regulatory matters, including permitting and compliance
Support large-scale projects and transactions across infrastructure and energy sectors
Provide guidance on enforcement matters and regulatory risk
Draft and negotiate complex contractual arrangements relating to sustainability and environmental initiatives
Work on innovative areas such as carbon markets, biodiversity net gain, and nature-based solutions
Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
Collaborate closely with colleagues across the national practice
