The role

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking experienced Debt Capital Markets Associates/Senior Associates for their London office. The role is for professionals with at least three years of post-qualification experience, focusing on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions within a top-tier firm.

What you'll do

Provide expert advice on the full range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions and derivatives
Operate as an integrated part of an international debt capital markets and structured finance team
Perform research based on partner and matter needs
Work cost effectively to provide value to meet clients' needs
Participate in the firm's Responsible Business program

What we're looking for

At least three years of post-qualification experience

Experience gained within a top tier firm

Strong academic background

Excellent written communication skills

Excellent drafting skills

Outstanding technical skills

Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues

Ability to work well in a team

Experience in debt capital markets transactions· nice to have

Experience in structured finance transactions· nice to have
