Associate, Pensions at Dentons

The role

An Associate or Senior Associate role is available in the People, Reward and Mobility department for a lawyer with 2-5 PQE (though all levels will be considered) to focus on pensions law. The role involves supporting the team on a variety of pension matters for a diverse client base, including regulatory, trustee, contentious, and non-contentious work, as well as pensions elements of M&A transactions.

Build and maintain client relationships

Knowledge of pension matters

Knowledge of corporate transactions

Experience of working with international clients

Proficient drafting skills

Legal research ability
