Senior Associate, Employment at Dentons

The role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join Dentons' growing Global Employment and Labour Group in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role will focus on a broad mix of HR advisory, global project work, corporate/M&A, restructuring, DEI projects, investigations, advice on senior exits, and outsourcing, with opportunities to maintain client relationships and contribute to business development.

What you'll do

Build and maintain client relationships
Contribute to business development
Speak at client seminars
Coach and mentor other mid-level and junior members of the team
Contribute to thought leadership
Raise the profile of the firm externally

What we're looking for

Good academic record

Extensive knowledge of employment law

Experience advising large businesses on employment related matters

Transactional support experience

Advanced drafting skills

Legal research ability

Experience of working with international clients· nice to have
