The role
This role is for a Senior Associate to join the Dispute Resolution & Restructuring & Insolvency practice in Melbourne. The role is for experienced lawyers with 5-8 years PQE who will work on complex, high-profile matters, support leading partners, and build client relationships.

- Lead significant aspects of matters
- Drive strategy and case management
- Mentor junior lawyers
- Contribute to the growth of client relationships
- Contribute to the growth of the practice
- Work with extensive network of global colleagues and clients
What we're looking for
5 - 8 years PQE
Experience gained at a top-tier or leading international law firm
Strong experience across a broad range of commercial disputes
Excellent academic record
Strong track record advising on complex commercial disputes
Exposure to insolvency and restructuring matters where applicable
Ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
Ability to deliver commercially focused, strategic advice
Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring and developing junior lawyers
Proactive approach to business development
Genuine interest in building your professional profile and network
Strong matter and project management skills
Ability to balance legal risk, commercial objectives and client service excellence
Restructuring and insolvency experience· nice to have
