The role
Lavan is seeking a Restructuring, Disputes & Insolvency lawyer for its Corporate Group. This role is for a motivated lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE, who will work on complex and high-profile matters within one of Western Australia's leading practices, advising a diverse range of clients.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including corporate restructurings, voluntary administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and contentious insolvency disputes
- Work on complex and high-profile matters, supporting a diverse client base including lenders, insolvency practitioners, directors, shareholders, and creditors
- Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, court filings, advice, financial restructuring plans, and Deeds of Company Arrangement
- Collaborate closely with senior practitioners and partners across practice groups to provide clients with integrated legal solutions
What we're looking for
Minimum of 4 years PQE
Demonstrated experience in restructuring and corporate insolvency
