Commercial Disputes & Insolvency (Construction) - Senior Associate/Special Counsel

The role

Mills Oakley is seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with 5+ years of PQE for their Commercial Disputes & Insolvency team in Perth. This role focuses on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on construction-related disputes and general contractual disputes.

What you'll do

• Manage litigation files including discovery, evidence preparation, and court documentation
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and legal advice
• Advise on construction-related disputes and general contractual disputes
• Appear in court from time to time for procedural hearings and support senior counsel
• Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
