The role

Hamilton Locke is seeking a Lawyer with 3-4 years of PQE to join its public markets practice in Sydney. This role is for individuals passionate about equity capital markets and public M&A, who want to work directly with senior practitioners and accelerate their careers in a leading national team.

What you'll do

Advise corporations, private equity sponsors, founders and investment banks
Work for clients in equity capital markets (IPOs, secondary raisings, ASX compliance)
Work for clients in public M&A transactions

What we're looking for

3-4 years PQE in a leading private practice environment

Strong Australian public markets and ASX experience

Genuine passion for public markets law and practice

Wants a fantastic team culture

Wants to work directly with a senior practitioner
