The role involves advising a variety of private and Government clients on complex commercial contracts, procurement, technology, payments, IP, and data.

What we're looking for

4+ years of PAE

Full working rights in Australia

A valid practising certificate

Skill set and passion to draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts

Experience or interest in working in the public sector, financial services sector, technology sector, and health sector

Good working knowledge of contract law

Good drafting skills

Track record of advising on and delivering transactions for clients

Appetite to mentor junior lawyers
