Senior Associate - Construction and Infrastructure - Sydney

The role

HWLE is seeking a front-end/projects lawyer with 4+ years PAE to join their highly regarded procurement team. This role will focus on complex procurement and projects advice and transactions for government and commercial clients, working with Partner Simon Walsh.

What you'll do

• Work on complex and strategic procurement and projects advice and transactions
• Work across a variety of project structures and contract forms, including PPP projects, D&C Contracts, Managing Contractor Contracts, Services Agreements, Australian Standard and other industry forms of contract, Alliance Contracts, Access Agreements and all other forms of contracting used in the construction and infrastructure industry
• Assist in development of more junior lawyers
