Senior Associate - Workers' Compensation at Hall & Wilcox

The role

This is a Senior Associate role in the Statutory Insurance NSW - Workers' Compensation practice at Hall & Wilcox, based in Sydney or Newcastle. It is for experienced lawyers with at least five years of PQE in personal injury claims, specifically Workers' Compensation on the defendant side, who are looking for career progression in a supportive environment.

What we're looking for

Minimum of five years' post-admission experience in personal injury claims, specifically Workers' Compensation on the defendant side

Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a supportive and collaborative team

Excellent technical, analytical and drafting skills with keen attention to detail

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong commitment to client service and the ability to manage client relationships

Willingness and ability to mentor and supervise junior members of the team

Ability to organise and prioritise effectively
