The role

An experienced real estate lawyer with 4+ years of PQE is sought to join the national Property & Projects practice in Perth. The role involves a broad range of real estate projects for a diverse client base, supporting national teams and working alongside industry-leading partners and senior lawyers.

What you'll do

• Handle sales and acquisitions
• Conduct due diligence
• Manage land development projects
• Process sale of land and business assets
• Handle office, industrial and retail leasing
• Advise on land titles and land use, including easements
• Manage adverse possession and compulsory acquisitions
• Prepare development agreements for developers and public sector clients
• Execute general property transactions and provide advice
