Senior Associate/Special Counsel - Restructuring & Insolvency

The role

Johnson Winter Slattery is seeking an experienced Senior Associate/Special Counsel with 7+ years of PQE in Restructuring & Insolvency to join their Sydney team. This role involves working on high-profile, complex advisory and insolvency matters, including litigation, and offers the opportunity to mentor junior lawyers.

What you'll do

• Play a key part on high-profile, complex advisory and corporate insolvency matters
• Handle insolvency-related litigation for insolvency practitioners, ASX listed corporations, investment banks, private equity and funders
• Manage high calibre cutting edge matters
• Engage in hands on matter management
• Provide strategic input alongside the Partners
• Train and mentor junior lawyers
