The role
Johnson Winter Slattery is seeking a Senior Associate with 4-7 years of experience to join their Employment law team in Melbourne. The role will focus on high-profile industrial relations and employment law matters, advising clients and resolving disputes.
What you'll do
- Advise on and resolve industrial relations and employment law matters
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Undertake specialist corporate support to corporate and transactional teams
- Review awards
- Draft policies
- Provide expert advice on employment law issues
What we're looking for
4-7 PQE
Employment and industrial relations law experience in a private practice environment
