The role
MinterEllison is seeking experienced back-end construction lawyers at Senior Associate (PQE 5+) or Special Counsel level to join their market-leading Projects, Infrastructure and Construction team in Brisbane. This role will support leading local partners Andrew Orford and Sarah Ferrett, as well as interstate partners, and involves working on a significant pipeline of major projects.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years PQE
Experience in back-end construction on large scale and complex projects
Ability to manage client relationships
Guidance, leadership and mentoring to junior lawyers
A commercial approach
Superior drafting ability
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
