Key requirements

The role
Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Associate for its Projects & Construction practice in Perth. This role is for experienced lawyers with a minimum of 5 years PQE who will focus on energy, infrastructure, and construction projects, supporting partner Troy McKelvie.
What you'll do
- Work on energy projects for project sponsors, financiers and large energy users nationally
- Advise on and draft a range of project documentation including power purchase agreements, gas sales/supply (pipeline gas and LNG) and storage agreements, connection agreements, services and development agreements, delivery and joint venture agreements
- Manage work streams on large domestic and international projects
- Liaise with clients on consents, amendments and project delivery issues as they arise
- Supervise and mentor Graduates, Lawyers and Associates
- Liaise with clients and assist with business development initiatives
What we're looking for
A minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a front-end construction, energy or projects practice
Experience assisting on a range of energy/construction/projects matters
Strong client liaison skills
Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
Strong time management & organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
Energetic, driven and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements
