The role
Sullivan & Cromwell is seeking second-year through fifth-year associates for its Financial Services Group in New York or Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of prior experience at a major law firm, with a focus on regulatory, capital markets, or M&A matters within the financial services sector.
