The role
Kirkland & Ellis is seeking Debt Finance Associates with 2-6 years of experience to join their practice group in Salt Lake City, Bay Area, or Los Angeles. The role will focus on structuring, documenting, and negotiating a variety of complex financing transactions.

Experience with secured financing transactions
Experience with unsecured financing transactions
Experience with senior secured debt transactions
Experience with mezzanine debt transactions
Experience with subordinated debt transactions
Experience with acquisition financings
Experience with loan workouts
Leveraged finance experience
Leveraged finance experience in the context of mergers and acquisitions is preferred· nice to have
