The role
Goodwin is hiring a qualified associate with 6+ years of PQE to join its Private Equity Group. The role requires expertise in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, venture capital, and exits, with the ability to manage transactions independently and work effectively in teams.
