The role
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate for its Restructuring & Insolvency practice in New York/Washington D.C. This role requires 3-6 years of experience with a focus on financial restructuring, both in and out of bankruptcy.
What we're looking for
3-6 years of experience as a bankruptcy/restructuring associate at a major law firm
Experience in large restructurings, in and out of bankruptcy
Experience representing creditors, especially secured creditors
Experience in both transactional and litigation aspects of restructuring
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
