Key requirements
2-6+ years of substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending and/or structured lending Excellent academic credentials Solid law firm work experience Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
The role
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate for its Finance practice in New York/Washington D.C./Charlotte. The role focuses on structured finance, including CLO, ABS, and/or structured lending.
What we're looking for
2-6+ years of substantial experience in either private securities offerings and/or securitization OR general bank lending (including syndicated lending), asset-backed lending and/or structured lending
Excellent academic credentials
Solid law firm work experience
Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Member of the Bar in the United States
