The role
Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a mid-level to senior associate with 3+ years of experience for its Finance practice. This role will focus on securitization and structured finance.

Solid law firm work experience

Member of the Bar in the United States
CLO, CMBS, Repo and other ABL finance experience· nice to have
