The role

What you'll do

Draft transaction documents related to commercial mortgage loan securitizations
Review transaction documents related to commercial mortgage loan securitizations
Negotiate transaction documents related to commercial mortgage loan securitizations
Manage the closing process for complex transactions

What we're looking for

3 to 6 years of experience

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents related to commercial mortgage loan securitizations

Experience managing the closing process for complex transactions

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Teamwork

A solid work ethic

A proactive sense of ownership over responsibilities

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Member of the Bar in the United States
