The role
This role is for a junior to mid-level attorney to support the Capital Markets department's commercial mortgage securitization practice. The attorney will be responsible for drafting and reviewing disclosure in offering materials and interacting with clients. Ideal candidates should have 2+ years of real estate lending and/or capital markets experience.
