The role
The Fund Finance department is seeking associates with 3-6+ years of relevant experience to work with preeminent bank, asset manager and lending clients. Candidates should have solid law firm legal experience and excellent academic credentials. This role focuses on various types of finance transactions.

Excellent academic credentials
Solid law firm legal experience
A law degree from an ABA-accredited law school
