The role
Paul Hastings is seeking a Junior to Senior level attorney for its Transactional Antitrust practice group in New York or Washington D.C. The role involves advising clients on antitrust and competition law, including government investigations, merger enforcement, and transactional risk.
What we're looking for
1-8 years of experience in antitrust and competition law
Experience in government antitrust investigations
Experience in government merger enforcement actions, including Second Requests
Experience counseling clients regarding transactional antitrust risk and compliance
Experience representing clients in front of antitrust enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and state Attorneys General
Admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to the Bar in the jurisdiction in which they are located
Benefits
Salary range of $235,000 - $460,000 annually
