The role
Reed Smith's Dallas office is seeking a Mid-Level Associate for its Corporate group, specifically the Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role is for lawyers with 3-5 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and securities law, focusing on drafting complex transaction documents and managing key aspects of deals.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents including SPAs, shareholders agreements and ancillary documents
- Produce acquisition, equity and related documents in a client-ready format
- Run key aspects of transactions, from due diligence through closing
What we're looking for
