Solicitor/Senior Associate – Financial Regulation (Banking & Finance)

The role

This role is for a Solicitor/Senior Associate in the financial regulation practice who will focus on high-end regulatory advisory work, supporting banking & finance partner Dale Rayner and advising major banks and financial institutions on complex regulatory issues.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on financial services regulation, including AFSL licensing, exemptions and compliance frameworks
• Work on AML/CTF obligations, financial crime risk and regulatory change projects
• Provide strategic advice on regulatory structuring across financing, derivatives and market products
• Support clients navigating emerging regimes, including digital assets, payments and carbon markets
• Engage directly with clients on business-critical regulatory issues and risk management
