The role
Winston Taylor seeks a Mid- to Senior-Level Leverage Finance Associate for their Chicago office with 4+ years of experience in finance law. The role will focus on syndicated and club transactions, particularly private credit sponsor acquisition financings, for a broad spectrum of financial institutions.
