The role

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate with 2+ years of experience in commercial disputes to join the Disputes team in Melbourne. The role involves acting for sophisticated clients on complex, high-value disputes across Australia and internationally, with a focus on significant and headline-making litigation.

Act for a sophisticated client base across both Australia and internationally
Contribute to some of the most prominent cases in the market
Exposure to a diverse range of matters

What we're looking for

2+ years’ experience at Senior Associate level in commercial disputes

Experience gained within a reputable law firm (any jurisdiction considered)

Strong technical capability

Commercial acumen

Proactive mindset

UK or US experience, particularly in large-scale regulatory matters and white-collar crime· nice to have
