The role

Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a senior-level associate for its Corporate M&A and Securities Practice. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions, including drafting and negotiating relevant documentation.

What we're looking for

5-7 years of experience

Strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and M&A and private equity transaction documentation

Proficiency in drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and M&A and private equity transaction documentation

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

High degree of maturity and business sense

Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships

Excellent academic credentials

Emphasis on M&A and private equity transactions· nice to have

Proven track record supporting private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle· nice to have

Familiarity with middle-market deal structures· nice to have

Large national or international law firm experience· nice to have
