The role

Holland & Knight is seeking a mid to senior-level associate with experience in commercial real estate financing and investment matters to join its Real Estate Capital Markets practice. The role involves representing clients in transactions such as loan originations, workouts, and property purchases and sales.

What you'll do

Represent clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters
Represent lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and other types of structured debt
Handle workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans
Manage other real estate transactions such as purchases and sales of commercial property

What we're looking for

Mid to senior-level associate

Experience representing clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters

Experience representing lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and other types of structured debt

Experience with workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans

Experience with other real estate transactions such as purchases and sales of commercial property

Excellent academic credentials

Large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred· nice to have
