The role
MinterEllison is seeking a Senior Associate with 5+ years of M&A and Private Capital experience to join their Sydney office. This role will focus on advising prominent private equity sponsors and corporates on high-value domestic and cross-border transactions.
What you'll do
- Lead deal workstreams on private capital acquisitions, disposals and investments, including drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
- Coordinate due diligence processes and provide commercially focused risk advice
- Advise on deal structuring, regulatory matters and completion mechanics
- Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to their development
- Build client relationships and support business development
What we're looking for
