The role
We are seeking mid-senior level associates with sponsor or lender side finance experience for our Finance practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders and/or borrowers in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance transactions.
