The role
We are seeking mid to senior level associates with sponsor or lender-side finance experience for our finance practice. The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders or borrowers in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions.
