The role
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level associate with sponsor or lender-side finance experience for our Finance practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders and/or borrowers in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions.
