The role
An Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate with 3-6 years of experience is sought to join Willkie. This role will focus on complex compensation and benefits matters, particularly those arising from large change-in-control transactions, and will support the Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits practice group.
