What we're looking for
Midlevel Private Equity Associate
Four to six years of private equity experience
Experience with the corporate aspects of acquisitions
Experience with the corporate aspects of dispositions
Experience with the corporate aspects of day-to-day operations involving Private Equity portfolio companies
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required
Ability to work flexible hours is critical
Candidates must be self-starters
Ability to work independently
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong academic credentials
Excellent communication skills
