The role
K&L Gates is seeking a Midlevel Private Equity Associate with 4-6 years of experience, focusing on M&A, for their Charleston, Charlotte, or Miami offices. The role involves working with national and international clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio company operations.
What we're looking for
Four to six years of private equity experience
Experience with the corporate aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, and day-to-day operations involving Private Equity portfolio companies
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Ability to work flexible hours
