The role
Orrick seeks an associate with at least one year of M&A experience for its Energy & Infrastructure M&A team. This role focuses on sophisticated M&A transactions across various asset classes within the energy and infrastructure sector and offers flexibility in U.S. office location.
What you'll do
- Help organize and run training sessions
- Develop pitches
- Improve processes for data collection and use of technology
What we're looking for
At least one year of M&A experience
Highly motivated
Excellent academic credentials
Superior communication skills
Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required
