The role
Orrick is seeking a Technology Companies Group Senior Associate with 7-8 years of experience for its San Francisco, New York, Boston, Seattle, Austin, or Santa Monica offices. This role focuses on high-growth emerging technology businesses, advising clients on venture capital financings and M&A transactions.
What we're looking for
7-8 years of relevant experience in a major law firm
