Key requirements
3 to 9+ years of relevant experience Experience representing equity sponsors, financing parties and/or other private sector participants in the PPP space Experience with infrastructure-focused projects work, specifically with PPP, concessions, project financing and drop-down experience Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required
The role
Orrick is seeking one or more attorneys with 3 to 9+ years of experience to join their Energy & Infrastructure practice group in various office locations. The role focuses on infrastructure-focused projects work, specifically PPP, concessions, and project financing, and requires experience representing private sector participants in the PPP space.
What we're looking for
3 to 9+ years of relevant experience
Experience representing equity sponsors, financing parties and/or other private sector participants in the PPP space
Experience with infrastructure-focused projects work, specifically with PPP, concessions, project financing and drop-down experience
Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required
Highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills
Greenfield infrastructure experience in these areas is strongly preferred· nice to have
Experience with core infrastructure assets, such as toll roads, airports, bridges and tunnels, vertical infrastructure, water and wastewater, digital, energy transition and data centers· nice to have
