Energy & Infrastructure - Offtake/ PPA Associate
Key requirements
3-9+ years of relevant experience Experience in energy projects work relating to renewables and energy storage Experience focused on energy offtake work including one or more of: renewable energy power purchase agreements (both physical and virtual and both on the buy- and sell-side), corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, offtakes for carbon removal credits, nuclear offtakes, renewable energy credit agreements, hedging agreements, resource adequacy sales agreements, ISDAs and EEI agreements Highly motivated
The role
Orrick is seeking an attorney with 3-9 years of experience for its Energy & Infrastructure practice group. This role will focus on energy projects, particularly renewables and energy storage, with a specialization in offtake agreements and related transactional work.

Excellent academic credentials
Superior communication skills
Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required
