The role
Orrick's Technology Companies Group is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of experience to focus on private offerings, venture capital, and emerging company transactions. This role is ideal for driven individuals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, looking to join a global firm with deep Silicon Valley roots.

Admission to the state bar of the office in which the candidate would be located is required
